3. Age Restrictions and Legal Compliance

Important: All participants in our casino themed events must be eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Our services comply with German entertainment and event regulations. We do not provide actual gambling services - all games are for entertainment purposes only with no real money wagering.

4. Booking and Payment Terms

4.1 Event Bookings

All bookings require written confirmation and signed service agreement
Event dates are reserved upon receipt of deposit payment
Final guest count must be confirmed 7 days before the event
Changes to event requirements may incur additional charges

4.2 Payment Schedule

50% deposit required to secure booking
Remaining balance due 7 days before event date
Additional services ordered during event payable on completion
Payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card, business check

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

More than 30 days: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
15-30 days: 50% refund of total booking value
7-14 days: 25% refund of total booking value
Less than 7 days: No refund available

5.2 Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, venue unavailability), we will work with clients to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements.

6. Equipment and Venue Responsibilities

6.1 Our Equipment

We provide professional casino equipment in excellent condition
All equipment is maintained and regularly inspected for safety
Equipment replacement is available if technical issues occur

6.2 Venue Requirements

Adequate space for planned activities and guest capacity
Appropriate electrical power supply for equipment
Safe and accessible setup and breakdown areas
Client responsible for venue booking and related costs

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Insurance Coverage

Test Events maintains comprehensive professional liability and equipment insurance covering all our services and equipment.

7.2 Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to the total value of the service contract
We are not liable for guest injuries due to alcohol consumption
Clients are responsible for guest behavior and venue damage
We recommend clients maintain appropriate event insurance

8. Intellectual Property

All promotional materials, website content, and service documentation are protected by German and international copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations and our Privacy Policy. Client information is kept confidential and used solely for service provision.
